Oh lord JESUS it's a fire! Well — there was. And it made me realize we don't really have a place to actually connect with our neighbors. To grab coffee, attend events, go for a run, or whatever.
I'm a situational extrovert. I both love the energy of people and don't. When we lived in California, our building had this little resident portal where folks posted stuff like:
Maybe you want to grab coffee, chat, or talk shop (who the heck knows). Either way — it's good to have community. I made a WhatsApp because it's the easiest thing for now.
